The beginning

For three days I do walking. For me, this is not very difficult.

Short Day - 30 min.
Long Day - 60 min.
Short Day - 30 min

Hard to find time.

We need to understand what speed you want to go.

Think for walking speed you are supposed to just walk a a brisk (but not exhausting) pace.
