Hello! I'm Meggy. I'm unhappy person that gain weight after birth my baby and have huge problems. I lost my husband, I'm alone, my son is only one person I life. I have a aim: lose my weight, be again married and be happy.

Think for walking speed you are supposed to just walk a a brisk (but not exhausting) pace.
